Consists of routine cleaning of common areas, Including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment. (Pet hair clean up would be an additional cost).

Living and Dining Area:

Dusting surfaces: including shelves, furniture, and electronic devices.
Wiping down visible smudges and spots on surfaces .
Vacuuming or sweeping the floors.
Straightening up any clutter.
Cleaning all windows and blinds.

Bedrooms:

Bathrooms:

Cleaning sinks, countertops, and faucets.
Cleaning the toilet (inside and out)
Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces.
Wiping down shower and bathtub surfaces.
Emptying trash bins.
Sweeping and vacuuming the floors.

Kitchen:

Wiping down countertops and kitchen appliances.
Cleaning sinks and faucets.
Cleaning (exterior) of the stove. microwave, and refrigerator.
Wiping down cabinet doors
Emptying trash bins.
Sweeping or vacuuming the floors.

NOT INCLUDED:

Window washing
Inside of oven, refrigerator and dishwasher
Inside of kitchen cabinets or bathroom cabinets
Organizing or decluttering
Heavy waste or junk removal
Moving furniture
Washing and folding of clothes
Grease buildup removal
Wash dishes
